Campain NPS {Interactive website with a test bot}

To promote Lekta’s voice AI, we built an interactive NPS campaign where users could test a voicebot straight from a landing page.

It turned a marketing initiative into a real product experience — helping attract leads and validate the format for future self-service tools. I co-led UX, flow design, and landing structure to make the demo feel smooth and realistic.

Users & Audience

Prospective clients and decision-makers

could test the voicebot directly from the landing page without setup, gaining hands-on insight into the platform’s capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborated with:

  • PM

  • junior designer

  • and developers

To design an interactive landing page showcasing the NPS bot in action.

  • Created user flows, early sketches, and the full UI layout, translating API constraints into a simple and engaging experience.

  • Co-created the conversational flow and microcopy to align the UX with the bot’s voice and intent.

  • Built interactive prototypes and documented the final UI for implementation.

  • Supported testing and integration with the live conversational engine.

Scope & Constraints

  • The project ran for around 6 months (from concept to public launch).

  • Bot limitations included: no visible response length, static language selection, and recognition limited to predefined edge cases.

  • The campaign had to be delivered quickly to pave the way for a future self-service NPS tool.

  • Striking a balance between transparency and simplicity was key — we avoided overloading the interface with too much technical detail.

  • Initial tests were limited to internal users, and the first mailing had low CTR due to weak copywriting, which hindered early validation.

Process & What I Did

Process & What I Did

  • Started with market analysis and internal workshops to define key user needs and positioning strategy for the campaign.

  • Created a mind map to identify value drivers, conversion points, and product signals worth highlighting in the demo.

  • Designed the conversation script to feel natural while showcasing the real capabilities of Lekta’s voice engine.

  • Built a focused user flow optimized for engagement: language selection → voicebot interaction → email collection → report delivery.

  • Designed the landing page architecture, layout, and interactive prototype with quick launch in mind.

  • Co-wrote microcopy to build trust and drive conversion, aligning the tone with brand voice.

  • Supported implementation, tested the live version, and helped analyze results to inform future product experiments.

Outcomes & Lessons Learned

Outcomes & Lessons Learned

We delivered a working proof of concept where users could test the NPS voicebot in real time and receive a personalized report without setup or involvement from the sales team.

  • The campaign gave us insights into how users interact with demo bots, how they respond to system messaging, and what builds or breaks trust in AI products.

  • Despite the technical success, the number of leads was lower than expected. The main issue was the email copy, which was written outside the product team and lacked clarity and credibility.

  • The project highlighted the importance of cross-team alignment in growth efforts, especially in messaging and tone of voice.

  • Personally, it strengthened my ability to design conversion-focused flows and content across multiple touchpoints such as landing pages, microcopy, and conversation UX.

  • It also reinforced the value of balancing user trust, business goals, and technical constraints, which proved crucial in my later growth-related work.
